PreviousNEO results

Database-backed reconstruction, legacy comparison, and Project Pluto cross-identification research.

About this view

What you see and why: This overview summarises the locally reconstructed NEOCP archive and its comparisons.

How to read it: Use the tabs to inspect individual records, observations or external identifications. Counts describe the available archive, not all objects ever observed.

Comparison result

All 98,887 valid current legacy station/NEOCP pairs occur in the new result.

The new result adds 24,248 valid pairs. The 58 station tables found only in the legacy folder were not regenerated by its current run and are stale files.

The Cross-ID difference contains one additional identifier: P10QYyp. The legacy length filter discarded this special case.

The Cross-ID comparison is a difference list, not the complete message archive. All status messages and remarks are retained under Messages.

Project Pluto coverage

1,202 notices form 628 alias groups; 476 groups match local records and 152 are missing locally.

Database and load

SQLite uses journal_mode=DELETE; no WAL or SHM sidecars exist. Processing is single-threaded. The standard launcher requests normal process priority.
